The Bellevue Girls Water Polo Team is THIRD in the State!

  May 29th, 2017 It was a fantastic weekend for Girls Water Polo! A big shout out to Keith and Maddie Klein for hosting the team and WaPo parents at their Lakewood residence for a salt water poolside BBQ feast and R&R afternoon both Friday and Saturday! Fun and memorable Wolverine time! Girls Wolverines Regional Champions, onto State now!

The snarling Pacific Northwest traffic proved a formidable foe this week, adding to the battle scars, nerves and exhaustion!  It was a week of BIG battles for Bellevue Girls Water Polo, starting with a face-off with the #2 team in the state — Curtis HS. The girls got a good feel for this team to prepare them for their contest in the State Championship Tournament Memorial Day weekend at the Curtis pool in University Place. Girls JV Wolverines Season Ends, Varsity’s First Defeat

Here is your Girls Wolverine Water Polo weekly news recap. May 14th, 2017 The Varsity Girls had a tough loss to Mercer Island on Tuesday; it was the first loss in District play. Morgan Baker started off the sluggish first quarter with a goal. In spite of Morgan’s interception and steal and Jenna Frazer’s steal in the second quarter, we were down 3-1 at the half.
