Bellevue Dominates Lakes 14-2

In the first-ever meeting between Bellevue and Lakes, the Wolverines emerged with a 14-2 non-league win behind a tremendous performance by senior goalie Reed Hendrickson on Thursday evening in Lakewood.
Hendrickson had eight saves on the evening and turned back the lone five-meter penalty shot of the evening. Thursday’s game marked the eighth time that Hendrickson and the Wolverine defense has held an opponent to two goals or less.
Sophomore two-meter Marco Stanchi led the offense with a season-high seven ejections drawn. George French scored five goals and Liam Naughton added three.
Bellevue (14-2) faces Rain City on Monday at 3:30pm at Woodridge Pool.
